How does pricing work?
Flat monthly tiers based on your revenue band, so your bill is predictable. You can see the revenue our emails drive against that flat fee right in your dashboard.
Is my data safe?
Your data is isolated per brand, encrypted, and never sold. Consent is treated as a hard requirement before any action goes out.
Will you mess with my existing flows?
No. We emit events your flows listen for, so you stay in control of the messaging and design. You set the guardrails; we respect them.
What do you need to get started?
A Shopify connection and your ESP (Klaviyo to start). Recharge is optional but helps with subscription decisions. Most brands are configured and live within a day.
What kind of lift should I expect?
It varies by catalog and how much room your current flows leave on the table. We’ll size the opportunity honestly during onboarding rather than promise a number we can’t stand behind.
How long until I see results?
Most brands see a clean read on their first lever within a few weeks, depending on order volume. Higher-volume brands read out faster because the holdout fills sooner.
How do I know the lift is real and not just attribution?
Every action runs against a holdout group that gets your normal experience. We compare the two and report only the incremental difference. If a purchase would have happened anyway, we don’t take credit for it.
What does LTVera actually decide?
For each customer it chooses the next best action: reorder nudge, cross-sell, subscription offer, winback, or doing nothing because acting would just add noise. It also decides the timing, the product, and whether a discount is even needed.
