About LTVera

Built by operators, not theorists.

We didn’t research this problem from the outside. We lived it, as operators of nine-figure brands, and built the tool we couldn’t buy.

LTVera was built by successful brand owners and operators of nine-figure businesses.

Over the years we watched the same squeeze hit from every direction. Acquisition kept getting more expensive and more competitive, while shipping, fulfillment, and product costs all crept up.

The margin on that first sale kept shrinking.

That made one thing obvious. If you can’t win on acquisition economics anymore, the post-purchase journey is where the business is actually won or lost.

The repeat order, the right next product, the subscription, the customer you bring back. That’s where the margin lives now.

But when we went looking for something to help us maximize that journey, no one was doing it. Plenty of tools sent the messages, but none of them owned the decision of what to send, when, and to whom.

So we built it ourselves.

We help you make the right call for each customer, and we prove the lift against a real holdout.

Why LTVera

Acquisition keeps getting more expensive. Retention is how you survive it.

Every year, it costs more to land a customer. Ad platforms get more crowded and CPMs climb, so the same sale you made cheaply two years ago now eats a far bigger share of your margin.

At the same time, shipping, fulfillment, and product costs keep rising. The squeeze is coming from every direction at once.

If you’re paying more to acquire each customer and keeping less on the first order, there’s only one way the math still works: every customer you’ve already paid for has to be worth more. Not someday. Now.

The brands that make it through the next few years won’t be the ones with the cheapest ads. They’ll be the ones who pull every dollar of lifetime value out of the customers they already have.

Without that, the numbers stop adding up.

15%a month

That’s the lift most brands leave on the table.

Every month without post-purchase decisioning, roughly 15% of the repeat revenue you could be earning quietly slips away. It never shows up as a loss on a report. It simply never happens. Capturing that lift, month after month, is the entire reason LTVera exists.
